FAQs

FAQs about STEMteachersCLE:

What is STEMteachersCLE?

  • An idea: that teachers can provide the best professional development for teachers. Our organization is modeled on the very successful professional development opportunities provided for teachers by teachers in other cities around the country.
  • An organization, it operates at the local level – being more nimble than national organizations like the AMTA (American Modeling Teachers Association), and thus better able to serve the needs of our communities, but pulling on the resource of multiple districts to serve those same districts

What does STEMteachersCLE do?

  • Offers monthly 3-hour Weekend Sessions on practical classroom pedagogies usable by K-12 STEM teachers
  • Offers longer workshops in the summer.
